Casa de Oración, Fairfield, CA started as a small cell group 1987 in a home that belonged to one of the families in the area. It began its journey officially as a church in January of 1988 and was located at 1215 Tabor Avenue in Fairfield, CA. In December of 2018 the Lord provided an opportunity and we walked through the open door to our New Location of 1745 Enterprise dr. Suite 2H in Fairfield, CA
Casa de Oración is affiliated with the Assemblies of God--a worldwide, fellowship of pentecostal churches. As part of the Assemblies of God, we uphold the 16 Fundamental Truths to which all Assemblies of God churches adhere.

Our Pastor
Rev. Nora Macias has been the Sr. Pastor of Casa de Oración in Fairfield, CA since 2011. Both she and her husband have been involved in a true revitalization work and with the Lord’s help and guidance, they have been able to see this ministry flourish once again and chose to live in all that the Lord has called them to live in.
At the center of it all is a Kingdom building mindset that includes the promise found in Haggai 2:9…that the latter glory will be greater than the former! Because of this, she has loved and encouraged believers to follow the Call made by the One who gave it all – Jesus Christ! She has devoted her life to serving this generation.
Pastor Nora at one time served as a Youth Pastor for over 15 years, as well as serving in other positions within the ministries of the local church.
She graduated with a B.A. in Raza Studies from San Francisco State University in 2007 and has been a Credentialed Minister with the Assemblies of God since 2002. She has been married to Rev. Steven Mora since 2006 and they have two beautiful children, Jessica and Josiah.

Q2 What is your favorite memory of your walk with the Lord: All the prophetic utterances given over my life which have confirmed God’s calling upon my life and the power of the Holy Spirit that has been evident to complete the task.
Q3 Favorite book besides the bible: Latin American history and culture
Q4 Favorite bible character: Bible character - not sure....love them all...it was also hard for Bible scriptures, cuz I have a lot of favs....
